Move one cue and necessary downstream shifts propagate; fixed anchors stay put and shared-resource
conflicts are shown in words, never solved silently. This is a planning demonstration, not an
agreed event schedule.
Coordination services

Run-of-show planning - a written sequence for the evening: what happens, when,
in which order, and what each step depends on.

Supplier coordination - one person who keeps caterer, sound and venue talking
about the same timeline.

On-the-day support - a coordinator on site who follows the run sheet, calls the
cues and adjusts when the evening runs early or late.
Sample offerings. In a real adaptation the owner approves the list and wording.
Human coordination still matters
A simulator moves numbers; it does not know whether the venue can run later or whether the supplier
agrees. Unresolved issues stay on the sheet until a planner settles them with the people involved.
